Shipping and Delivery

We Ship WORLDWIDE!

We offer FREE DELIVERY within Hong Kong for orders over HKD $600 (Gift box and Greeting cards are not applicable to the above promotion). Orders below HKD $600 a delivery charge at HK$40 will incur. For international orders we also offer FREE Delivery depending on different location, please refer to the below table for details.

Upon order and payment is received, Shopify will send an email to confirm your order. When your order is ready to dispatch, an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to notify you. If an item is no longer available, an notification email will be sent within 2 days.

Choose a region from the dropdown list for estimated dispatch and delivery time (excluding customs clearance):

• For urgent orders for Hong Kong or other locations, please contact LB team at info@littlebundlegifts.com
• Working days are Monday through Friday (except for Hong Kong Public Holidays). If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day.
• For delivery in Hong Kong, SF express will be used and for international shipping e-express by Hong Kong post will be used. A tracking number will be provided to customers.  Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damages items due to any parcel service fault.

Import fees may be applicable on international orders.

All orders being shipped outside of the Hong Kong are subject to duty, VAT and local taxes. Custom fees and taxes associated with the purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Before placing an order we advise that you check with the receiving country’s import levies.
