How do I track my order once it’s been shipped?

When you place an order with on the littlebundlegifts.com website you will receive confirmation of your order and as soon as the package has been dispatch you will also receive an email with tracking information. You may also log in to your Little bundle account which shows the current status of your order.

What if I want to change the details provided for personalization after I placed my order?

We do aim to process all orders efficiently and we do request your consent to confirm all information is inputted correctly when placing your order and during check out. In any unfortunate event that wrong details were given, you may try to contact us as soon as possible and we will check on the production status to see if we could accommodate. However, we do not guarantee that it could be changed, but we are happy to try our best.

Do you provide gift packaging?

Yes! We do provide a complimentary drawstring bag as standard packaging for orders. If you are ordering of personal use and don’t need the drawstring bag simply opt out of this option when placing the order. We also provide option to upgrade your order to a premium giftbox at a small fee as well, you maybe see the details during check out.

Is it possible to ship in-stock items and personalized items in the same order separately?

We usually ship our order in one go, in-stock items will generally be shipped once the personalized items once they are ready. If you want to receive the in-stock items earlier, simply place a separate order.
