Returns and Exchange

We wish for each customer to be delighted with their purchase at Little Bundle Gifts, all items are thoroughly checked before shipping. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any refund or exchange.

However in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged/faulty item or if items are incorrectly delivered or have serious defect, please contact us immediately at info@littlebundlegifts.com so we can arrange for a replacement. We will request you to email us photographs of the damaged item and process your request after review.

  • If exchange of goods is needed, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the items about the issues.
  • We only accept exchange if the items are incorrectly delivered or have serious defect due to hygiene reasons
  • We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the shipping company or courier handlers.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning, or obtain proof of posting. The parcel will remain your responsibility until we receive it.
  • Each return items is to be sent back to Little Bundle Gifts in their original condition: un-used, in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories and tags. There will be no return if the item has been used and worn and tags detached.

Personalized items are non-exchangeable, non- returnable/non-refundable. Please note that most of our items are handmade and each product finishing may differ slightly.
